20 years in specializing in production and sales up to now. It is a member unit of China Fasteners Association and is an export manufactory of China fasteners. The company specializes in producing various kinds of high strength fasteners with annual output of 110,000 tons and the value over 7 billion Yuan. 　　12 sets of continuous carburizing quenching furnaces: all are “Sanyong” mesh belt furnaces imported from Taiwan. By using these sets of equipments, the company can strictly control quenching temperature by observing thermometer, thus guarantee the quality of bolts, meet the hardness request, quickly match the heat treatment of bolts after cold forming even more, finish delivery in time and undertake the supply amount for clients.

　　More than 100 sets of hot forging sets specially manufacture some large-scale bolts, (process including blank, forging, chamfer and rolled thread) screw rolling machines. The company has become a specialty that can produce all bolts, big or small, from M4-M60 in specifications. It also has physic-chemical analysis instruments for testing material compositions, metallographic tester (analyzing the structure of raw material correctly and clearly). Tensile testing machine (judging the load, bending strength, pulling strength, elongation of bolts after quenching), can strictly control quality by testing and ensure clients’ benefit.

　　Advanced digital hardness measurement (testing the hardness and safe load of bolts) etc., and the 3,800 square meters vertical goods shelves can hold more than 8,000 tons goods loading, each bin has fixed codes, and has perfect enterprise information digital management system and the support of ERP software, which greatly improves the rationality and simplicity of goods loading and enhances the accuracy of goods and quick delivery and is one-up on others!
